SENIOR TAXATION CONSULTANT
With extensive experience in tax effect accounting under both Australian and international accounting standards and well built knowledge of GST, business sales, restructures, small business CGT concessions and consolidations you have no doubt been employed by a Big 4 or national 2nd tier Taxation division within Australia. Your skill set is currently in demand by five accounting firms around Perth.
In each of the roles you will have full responsibility for the corporate taxation affairs of a number of clients in various industries, providing pro-active corporate taxation consultancy and compliance services.
You may have had a focus in the past on particular clients if employed within a Big 4, whether it be the mining sector, oil and gas companies, stock broking firms or another industry, with each of these options you will find you will get a nice varied client portfolio allowing you to get stuck into new and different projects often.
With each of your clients you will have the opportunity to develop relationships and complete on-site consulting, proactively identifying tax matters and tailoring technical advice to suit each company.
And best of all – you have the choice between Big 4, 2nd tier and specialist boutique taxation firms. West Perth and CBD options.
And best of all, as your skill set is in demand, you are in a powerful position to request a higher salary and conditions.
3-6 years tax consulting experience in the Big 4 or a large mid-tier practice is required.
